Today marks the beginning of this years’ edition of the Mondial de la Bière!

– Kellerbier Chêne, a slighty woodier version of our unfiltered golden lager.
– Sûrette à la camerise, our Berliner Weisse added with camerises and blended with a little bit of Ceci N’est Pas Une Gueuze.
– Feu Sauvage, created by Sébastien Langlois. A delicate acidity meets fruity notes, brettanomyces and a touch of smoked malts.

Cask:
– Barleywheatwine, a blend of our Barleywine Américain with a 2-year old Weizenbock.
